Founded in 2002, IPM Model Management is a bouquite dynamic agency that believes beauty has no size, age or race. IPM Model Management is committed to discovering, developing and promoting plus sizes in a positive image. We focus on the management aspect of a model’s career and develop our models from start to finish, from wardrobe styling, industry education, and portfolio development to personal grooming.

IPM Model Management exclusively represents the plus sized model and recently introduced a new commercial print division that is quickly gaining in popularity.

We are a boutique agency, sensitively, selectively and passionately focused on the plus size and commercial markets. We do not represent hundreds of models, sending them out on cattle calls or auditions. We want the very best, the elite. IPM Model Management focuses on a few select individuals; therefore we can push their careers far and in many different directions. As a result, each model is represented to the fullest, allowing them to cross over into many different markets (print, fashion, runway, commercial print, television, etc) rather than just one market.
